Good afternoon Michelle! Yes we are looking for someone. Appreciate you reaching out.

We have chickens ,  greenhouse , vegetable garden plot and possible pastures for use year round.  We want the property in use and well-maintained throughout the year in exchange for letting someone use the property at minimal cost. We would provide the land and the water and they provide everything else. The requirement is everything needs to be organic.

The house is for lease if needed. Please let me know if any questions.

Are you still looking for someone to run their own business on the property, or are you thinking about hiring a farm manager?  If it's a lease, do you have a ballpark of what you want to charge?
