Hi y'all,

We're looking for a few people to add to our team. 14 Acres Farm is a small, organic-practicing CSA farm an earshot from Circuit of the Americas in way Southeast Austin.

The farm and CSA program serve as an employee benefit for a local company. Our primary goal is growing high-quality, nutrient dense vegetables and increasing the connection our members have with their food.

Are you an all-star in the field? A soil dork? A greenhouse guru? There's an opportunity for the novice to the professional to come grow with us.

Additionally, we are looking for a full-time groundskeeper/farm hand to help keep us looking good and assist the farm crew. Currently the groundskeeping is pretty traditional and we're looking for someone to help as we move towards more edible/permaculture practices. Details: full time, often 7a-3p depending on season, full benefits after 3–6-month trial period, starting pay $17.50/hr - $20/hr depending on experience
