*Description:*

Agmenity designs, installs and manages agricultural amenities for
homeowners’ associations and developers. Our interactive and community
focused “agmenities” foster resident relationships and neighborhood
engagement. We are looking for employees who consider farming and educating
a career. We take our work very seriously, and we select applicants who
want to be part of a team, work toward a common goal, are looking to be
physically active and outside, and want to be a part of a group of people
making the sum of the parts better than the individual.

As part of the skilled and dynamic team running a community based
agricultural amenity, your responsibility will be to manage (as a part of a
small team) the production and sales of produce, as well as community
interactions with the farm. Farm Educators will spend much of their day out
in the fields, but will also be required to complete duties in the office.
This position will be involved in every aspect of the amenity at which they
work, but will specifically oversee certain areas with a strong emphasis on
sustainable, year-round vegetable production.
