Job Title:                                Farm Field Crew

Overview:



Our farm is situated in the middle of a fast growing housing development, with this being the second year of production on the farm. The farm has a small crew and this position includes playing a part in all aspects of our small diversified regenerative farm; seeding, transplanting, weeding, harvesting, washing, animal care, etc. Training will be provided for all tasks, however  experience and passion are strongly preferred. As this farm is part of a community with restaurants on site and on farm events, this position requires a lot of interaction with a wide range of co-workers and community members of all ages. This is a full time position that requires weekend availability.



As this is a new farm in a new development, this position has a lot of potential for growth and is ideally suited for an individual wanting to have a career in small scale community based agriculture. The farm focuses on vegetable production yet also includes production of flowers, medicinal and culinary herbs, child education and community involvement, as well as hosting farm dinners and events working directly with our talented culinary, outdoor pursuits, and member services teams.



Pay starts at $18-22 DOE. Health benefits included.
