*Agmenity Overview*
Agmenity designs, installs and manages agricultural amenities for
homeowners’ associations and developers. Our interactive and community
focused farms foster resident relationships and neighborhood engagement. We
are looking for employees who consider farming and agriculture a career,
and we strive to create a positive and enriching environment for our team
members that fosters professional development in sustainable farming,
leadership & management, as well as education and public engagement.

As part of the skilled and dynamic team running a community based
agricultural amenity, your responsibility will be to support the production
and sales of produce, as well as community engagement and programming at
the farm. Farm Educators will spend much of their day out in the fields,
but will also be required to complete duties in the office.  This position
will be involved in every aspect of the amenity at which they work, with
specific opportunities to oversee certain areas either related to
sustainable, year-round vegetable and orchard production or community
programming (educational classes; volunteer program; farm events; among
others).

The ideal candidate has some sustainable farming experience but we are open
to any and all applicants who are passionate about community farming and
are looking to make a deeper commitment to the field.  Additionally, we
strongly believe in cultivating an environment that creates long-term
career advancement and farm management opportunities within Agmenity.
