Now hiring a part time compost trucker. Pay starts at $15/hr with a raise
to $17 after 90 days. Flexible schedule about 12hrs/wk. Must be comfortable
driving large truck and trailer in an urban environment. Cruise the streets
of Austin for a living and get fit with occasional bursts of wrestling 200#
compost bins. Requirements for the job are a clean driving record, ability
to back a trailer around a corner, and a good attitude. Please send an

Lone Star Lettuce Growers: Aquaponics Greenhouse Technician (full time)
Looking to hire an eager, detail oriented team player as a full-time
Aquaponics Greenhouse Technician to help operate our commercial aquaponics
business. This employee will be very involved with the day-to-day
operations of the farm and must be able to follow detailed operating
procedures and must be comfortable working almost exclusively in a
greenhouse environment (on your feet for most of the day). Position offers
competitive salary with select benefits & accommodating vacation. Pay:

(part time, seasonal)
Job Description and Duties
● Harvest and complete the daily Pick List each morning.
● Process and pack products for orders and deliveries each afternoon.
● Assist with field work, as assigned.
● Follow Middle Ground Farm Standard Operating Procedures.
Compensation: All Harvest and Pack Crew Members start at $13/hour and are
eligible for a $500 end of the season bonus if you stay the entire season
